  • going to the gym isnt an option unfotunatly and now its summer I cant take the little 1's out in the pram cause its too hot -35-40C most days. We have a tread mill at home so I will try getting up earlier and jumping on before the day starts. Thanks :smile:

  • Hi, I bought the slim fast optima shake mixes. Its 1 of the few "diet" products I know here but its low in protein and high in carbs and sugar. Can anybody recommend some other shakes/ brands please

  • Im doing pilates, it works on the 'core' area, tummy and back etc helps to make them strong and even after just afew weeks Im am starting to notice a difference. My posture is better and I think my tummy flab is getting in shape and the bumb is looking flatter :happy:

  • this isnt a diet. They havent given you foods you HAVE to eat. you can eat whatever you want, when you want. The only person you answer to is yourself. If you have a bad day- it doesnt matter, start again the next day. it takes awhile to get use change habbits, you will get there, hang in there hun :smile:

  • Its hard! Try havinf a glass of water before you put food in your mouth, and drink it fast so it makes a feeling in your tummy. if you still wanna eat, write it down and the time.   • HI, Im have bought the winsor pilates beginner dvd and have been doing it for 3 days aweek for 3 weeks. has anybody used it? what have you found using it? and does it burn any calories? Its a pretty low impact work out (im not a fan of sweating)
  • Hi, I joined yesterday. This is my first time to be diet contious. I am a stay at home mother of a 2 year old boy and a 3 month old boy. I gained over 15kg when preggy and 10kg of that hasnt come off after birth and that is my goal to lose. So, nice to meet y'all :bigsmile:
