I'm really freakin hungry.....GRRR

So I'm just venting here...I'm really hungry. It's only day three and I know that I need to get used to just not feeling full at this time as I am used to the opposite....I went to the store and bought all the makings for a lactose free smoothie...but instead I'm opting for 3 Miller Lites as I still have 270 calories left. I'm only on beer number one but I'm kinda pissed. This beer isn't making the hunger go away. Next time I should have the smoothie, but I miss the taste of beer so whatev. I'll just be hungry.:mad:

    Im into my 2nd week and Im starting to get use to the empty feeling again. like alot of people here I will say make sure you eat your allocated calories every day and drink lots and lots of water and when you get sick of it drink some more haha, or you can try green tea, jasmine tea etc as they have no calories but some taste. It is getting easier it just takes time :wink: hang in there hun

    Just eat some baby carrot sticks...theres hardly any calories and they will fill you up pretty good if you drink some water w/ them. Very health snack.
