It does burn more calories but transaltes in more muscles which means it burns fat for much longer. Keep doing it!

You are supposed to stop eating 3 hours before you go to sleep. This allows your body enough time to digest what you have already eaten instead of when you sleep where you metabolism is at a hault and doesn't burn that food up and instead converts it faster to fat.

Thanks guys for the suggestions... but I hate dark chocolate, I like something smooth and milky. I've tried eating dark chocolate and it feel like I am eating chocolate flavored dirt.... Any other suggestions?

P90X is amazing, you will love it. Defiantely go by the nutrition pland and premake your food for the day, the day before. This way, youll stick to it and you won't be hungry for even a secnd. In one week, i have lost 4lbs....

Muscle weighs more than fat, that explains the inches lost but no weight put on. But when you put on inches it could be that initially you were buringing more fat calories and putting on more muscles and then later on that begins to show and push the fat out. Keep going as you lose more fat the definition of your muscles…

Take it off, any additional burn is a bonus not something you are working at. Its the same as counting your rest rate before you start working out.

Get the Slim Fast, ahve that for breakfast and lunch and a bar for a snak and then for dinner or lunch eat a salad or healthy meal with your family. If she won't listen to you, you have to push through and do what is best for you! Good luck!

Are you eating your workout calories? Because you need more fuel now to burn off the last of the weight, so start eathing them. Change up your exercise.

At that point you are building more muscle which is slimmer looking but "weighs more", eat your workout calories or at least 1/2 of them! you'll lose more but typically the human body doesn't let go of too much weight off of the body at one time, be patient and you will get there!

You will feel worse if you eat it. Do this, go eat something small like a piece of chocolat and think about how it takes 3500 calories burned to lose 1lb of fat. That is deterrant enough!

I am sooo in! Are we starting today?? I have the dvds at home and 5lb kettlebells. I will start doing them every other day so 3 times a week and incorporate other cardio the remainder of the days!

I love making a lettuce wrap. Take 1lb lean turkey and cool with 1 onion and add sesame sauce or teryaki sauce. Add fresh cucumbers, bell peppers, carrors and anything else you want. Then, take it to work in a glass container, warm it up and wrap it in a pieve of lettuce and it is delish!
