Hello everybody!

I was losing weight at the healthy rate, 1-2 pounds per week, but know that I'm losing the last 16 pounds, is happening very very slowly, I know it's normal, but shall I keep doing what I was doing and be patient, or work harder?

These past days I've lost nothing!:grumble: , but I noticed that the fat percentage went from 38.9 to 37.7, so I must be doing something right, what do you guys think?

Yes, it's normal, the less weight you have to lose, the slower it should come off. You should also make sure your deficit has adjusted, your goal should be pretty small for 16 lbs. Like 1/2 to 1/4 lb per week.

Yes, adjust your goals and make sure they're accurate... you may have to work out harder. I wouldn't worry about it since your body fat is going down. I'm currently going through something similar. I've been losing inches but the lbs on the scale won't budge yet! Give it time.

Are you eating your workout calories? Because you need more fuel now to burn off the last of the weight, so start eathing them. Change up your exercise.

When that has happened to me in the past, I have added another exercise/workout session in, that seemed to sort it.

The very fact that your fat percentage went down is brilliant, it shows that something is happening there and after all isn't that one of our aims, to reduce our fat.

Congratulations on your weight loss so far, keep plugging away, it will eventually all come off! :flowerforyou:
