  • Targets for April. 1. Log every day, a habit I've got out of. 2. Only 1 bad/cheat day a week. 3. Get exercising again, wasn't allowed to for medical reasons but now been given the green light. At least twice a week. 4. Try and get back under 85 kg and preferably hit 84 kg.
  • March was a bad month, my weight has gone up slightly I know exactly why so no excuses.   • February 14th 189.6 lbs or 86 kg. been struggling since mid January due to some health problems on the mend though.

  • 215.6 SW 189.8 CW 25.8 loss Fairly happy slowing down a bit now it would seem. Not expecting much of a loss next week as I'm going to have a couple of days off from the diet.
  • Mixed Nuts. Avocado or banana. Some extra carbs wholewheat pasta. Add a bit extra oil (olive or rapeseed) to what you are cooking. Increase your portion size. If your not hungry nuts are probably the easiest thing.

  • I'm on a general calorie restriction diet, I have friends on the 5:2 diet some it works for some not.
