Hi I'm Mike from the UK

Log every day and have helped many of my friends hit there goals :)

It's one year today since i joined and have lost 55 pounds :-)))))

Now running and wearing them clothes that were having in the wardrobe (lucky there have come back into fashion) lol

Time to give some something back and want some new friends to help

Feel amazing as i do now :-))))
