@ Karlo & DD Thanks guuuuuys. That all does help! I generally eye ball & make them myself for pork- usually with turmeric, cumin, rosemary, sea salt, pepper, Cajun or cayenne pepper etc. I like earthy spicy pork apparently!

Would like to gain info support and motivation from people who are interested in Keto and possibly cycling out of it bi-weekly/weekly. I've leg pressed reps of 275 my highest w/ carbs. I wonder if it would stay the same in Keto... hmm

Thanks for the heads up. Trying the elimination path of inflammatory foods due to crohn's disease- I'm not 'coffee-ing' yet, too disruptive to the system, approaching this in phases:)

I am such the same way! I get down to the point where I start to really see the difference in my body and clothing fit and I let it all go again. I missed the weigh in date, but i try to weigh in only once or twice every 1 or 2 weeks (doing a lot of strength training and cardio so I don't trust the scale totally for progress and well, motivation- rather I continue to try on my old wardrobe) I am down 1 pound since my last weigh in and I didn't join this group too…

Good luck and it must be great to feel validated that you knew more about your own body and were RIGHT rather than listening to the general pop. saying it must be something your not doing. This site has been great, I'm recently new too and find it mildly addicting in the best way :)

Great post- definitely get brain signals, but they are tooootally messed up. I want to eat more after I run, I find I carb-crave for lack of better terms but I have to really distract myself from going overboard as they don't fill me up. I try to get in protein within an hour after a workout always.

I like the yogurt idea- all different dessert tasting kinds these days- I also just bought the instant ff jello puddings which should help too. Support in solidarity! friend me if…
