  • I read in the book "Breaking the fat loss code" that if the food you are eating has fiber you deduct the amount of fiber from your total carbs
  • It sure does...due to water retention....the body goes into "survival mode"....to compensate I try to drink more water and work out everyday no matter what....even if I feel drained I do my best.

  • Thank you for sharing!! I cant wait to try it....something I also do is take a lil cup of activia (100g) and mix it with 1 cup of milk 200 cals and great after a workout :)

  • Sunshinechic....I got mine at a store called "sportcheck" ...so any sports store or even on line. Mine is a Polar F5 with the chest strap.
