So Good Low Calorie Crepes

Crepe Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 cup flour
2 egg whites
½ cup water
Directions:
* Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
* Preheat a medium skillet with non-stick spray to medium heat
* Pour 4 tablespoons onto skillet and move pan around to make a large circle with the crepe till it is paper-thin
* Cook each side till Golden Brown
(52 Calories per serving)
I topped them with Chocolate PB 2 and Strawberries. YUMMY GOOD!

hmm wonder if we can substite somthing for the flour0

Just had crepes this morning filled with cottage cheese and topped with strawberries. Only thing, instead of white flour, I make them high protien by using Low fat Soy flour and a scoop of whey protein. Yummy?0

I'd imagine tapioca flour could be used as a substitute for the white flour. I'm not certain, though. I may have to use this as an excuse to try it.0

1/4 cup greek yougart
1tbsp flax seeds (optional)
