5 ft 4 in here currently 143 trying to lose 10 lbs...trying to stay on track...right now been fluctuating between 140 to 145..what to end this and get in the 130s....come on motivation please return...

3 lbs..then usually on the weekends gain it back...right now 141.8

oatmeal and put in raisins or cut up apple with splenda brown sugar..

make some homemade applesauce it is delicious and easy just put apples in crockpot and add a little bit of water and do not add any sugar it is plenty sweet enough

welcome. I also have done weight watchers before almost 4 years ago...just getting back on the wagon..been being lazy the last couple of months with lack of excercise and poor eating. so far this week has been better

couple of months now..finding hard to fit in my exercise and eat way too much sugar. Each day I say it is time to get on the wagon someone at work brings in brownies or cookies, usually something with sugar..but I am learning to say no again.
