I'm the same heigh and have set 132 as my goal. I would be thrilled to be 140! You know how to do it. There are no secrets or shortcuts.
How much have you lost so far?0 -
I'm 5'3 and aiming for 140lbs. I'm currently 184lbs and was 220lbs earlier in the year. I just picked a weight in my normal range and decided that's it.0

3 lbs..then usually on the weekends gain it back...right now 141.80

So far I have set my goal for 145 b/c that puts us in the normal BMI....but most likely will lower it down to 135. Never realized that I could get it down to 145 in the 1st place, so just going to take it slow. In the 130s...can't imagine but hope to get there one day.0

Im also 5'4 my goal is 130, I have lost 62 lbs so far and have just made it into the 170s, the last 5 lbs I have lost has been sooo hard so I couldnt even imagine what you're going through and what I have to look forward to as I get closer to my goal. It took me
9 1/2 months to get to my halfway point and Im thinking it will take me at least a year Im hoping that anyways to reach to the other half of my goal simply because I know it will be harder as I get closer0 -
I too am still stuck and bouncing between 140 and 137. My goal is 135, if I go any lower I will look sick. Here are a few things that I do to help me stay focused and not get discouraged:
~Go over a few days worth of food entries and see exactly what you are eating. Sometimes I notice I may be eating too much sugar or not enough veggies and I adjust accordingly.
~Drink lots of water, seriously this has helped me get to where I am and actually stay at that weight and it's been over a year.
~Add an extra workout, I throw in an extra walk for thirty five minutes. This has also helped me.
I think the only other advice I can offer is to not get discouraged. I have been losing weight for over two years now, I was 300 pounds and I am now 138. I also have a bad thyroid working against me so it is even harder for me to lose weight when it is off. Losing weight is not about dieting, it is a life style change, you've come this far you can reach your goal!0
