So I hate plain milk so I don't like cereal...
If I eat bread to often I feel sick.. So No toast..
I can't eat eggs..
and I don't normally eat breakfast..
Suggestions for something that is gonna have me not over fill for lunch..
I normally do my work out before lunch...
:ohwell:

I either do a special K protein shake or protein bar if I know I'm not going to be able to eat until noon or so. The extra protein keeps me full so I don't have that desire to consume whole cows.0

Oatmeal- Quaker instant mapel brown sugar is only 160 calories and will hold you until lunch. If you workout before lunch you might need a morning snack after the work out.
I always eat a small gala apple for a snack as they are only 60 calories. Honey Crisp apples are now in season and those are my favorite.
Hope this helps0 -
Why didn't I think of fruit!!
OMG *Points at blonde hair*0 -
How about a veggie soup?0

Fruit, granola bar, trail mix...
There is no rule saying you have to have traditional breakfast foods for breakfast, so eat whatever you like.o0 -

Kira, do you like eggs, turkey bacon, yogurt (greek), or an omelet? It is important to get the protein in, as it was help with the weight-loss but it also keeps your strength up, will help to stabilize blood sugar, and helps with your work-outs. Also, if you don't get enough protein you can lose hair. I hope this is helpful!!!0

I have been eating oatmeal every day for years. 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water, 8 almonds sliced up, a teaspoon of brown sugar and a heaping TB of flax seed meal. It's yummy.0

You do not have to eat so called "breakfast food" for breakfast. As long as you are giving your body some type of fuel that's what is most important, not to skip meals. There is nothing wrong with eating a protein such as chicken for breakfast. You may try putting it in a wrap with some veggies like tomatoes or lettuce, maybe even some cheese. Or maybe peanut butter and banana is also good. Put it in a tortilla wrap and away you go! very portable. Hope this helps!0

My mom has always laughed at me because I stopped eating most breakfast foods the moment she stopped forcing me to eat them. For a long time I didn't eat breakfast at all but since I started here on MFP I have eaten breakfast almost every morning and lose more weight when I do this.
I love to make wraps in the morning (turkey or ham and cheese on a low cal/carb tortilla with maybe a bit of mayo on it) or i've even done just a bit of peanut butter and jelly on a wrap. Most of the time, to be honest though, I just eat a bit of my left overs from the night before, trail mix, fruit chews or a protein breakfast bar.
Good luck on settling on what you want to eat and don't let what others think or say limit you on what you eat at that time.0 -
why not eggs? i cant have them cuz of the cholesterol. so i buy great value egg whites. they are awesome and delicious! put a little moz cheese in there with some tomatoes or something you like and yum yum full for hours. you could also have left overs from dinner last night. i stay away form oatmeal now cuz it makes me extremely hungry. having a 1/2 cp of 1% cottage cheese and 1/2 cup of yogurt with apoles and pecans (you can find pecans or walnuts at winco bins for cheap) is great. can you try silk? im lactose intolerant except for processed food like cottage cheese and i HATE milk so its yummy on cereal and it tastes kinda sweet too.0

i agree on the oatmeal. i usually microwave quaker oats with water and cut up apples or pumpkin puree, then add spices, brown sugar, and a dab of maple syrup. it's really filling and helps if you have a sweet tooth! under 300 calories as well.
a fruit smoothie is another option as well. super filling and energizing!0 -
This is a sort of bircher museli without yoghurt that I prepare the night before:
1/3 fuji apple (or other crunchy apple variety), grated or finely diced
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup full cream milk (skim or soy for less calories)
1 tbsp honey (or less if you prefer)
Good dash of cinammon
A few frozen raspberries
Mix everything together and put it in the fridge overnight. In the morning you have a really yummy tasting breakfast - it reminds me a bit of apple pie, and the crunchyness of the apple makes the oatmeal not so sludgy/slimy. It makes about one normal rice bowl full for about 260 cals, so you can add a piece of toast etc if still hungry.
No preparation in the morning woo!0 -
