Low fat cheeses. Tastes like plastic! Speaking of... My husband tried an ice cream with slenda. Told me it was like eating plastic. It would appear that lowering sugar or fat is done by replacing it with plastic! :laugh:

The most important one, over any weight milestone, is getting off oxygen. I've been on it full time for the last 2+ years and at night for over 5. I've been making progress recently. I started in 2011 and lost 85 lbs my first 8 months. Then I plateaued in 2012. I ended up slipping and gaining back about 55 lbs in late 2012. I'm back on track now and have lost 55 lbs from my highest. I still have 137 lbs to go and it might take me a few more years but that is okay. I figure the years will pass anyway.

I was an hourglass many pounds ago. Now it's more like 2.5 hours. :laugh: Hoping I balance back out more as I get closer to goal.

I feel the same way when I get them! Best thing is to drink lots of water before and after and take it easy for a day.
