I agree! I don't think one should eat below their RMR, otherwise you risk burning muslce instead of fat and you're body isn't receiving enough fuel to function. My profile pic shows the proof!

Thanks guys!!! Seeing pictures of yourself is hugely motivating, the progress I've made so far shows how capable I really am of reaching my goals. I've been on a plateau for 6 + months and finally got off it this week and lost 3.5 pounds, I am ready to reach my goals and not give up!

When I started this journey I could only run 7 seconds, literally, progressed each week now I run 5 miles straight! Congrats on your success, be proud of yourself!

5'7" Current weight 226 Just went shopping today and I almost cried, I bought a FITTED, non-stretch skirt in size 14!!!! I went from a size 22 at 272 to a 14! I also bought a pair of jeans in a 13/14, juinors size! I don't think I've ever been a juniors 13/14.

It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be, I am going to go to the gym later for some more cardio. I cannot wait to see the results that we all get from this!

I work out in my socks everyday, I broke my leg in 4 places this winter and wearing shoes is just too uncomfortable. I definitely get funny looks but I usually chose the stairmaster over the elliptical, the elliptical has these "grips" that'll definitely hurt after a while barefoot.

Thank you ladies! I might just have to make Sundays walking days since my gym is closed on Sundays during the summer. After all those months of walking with crutches today feels great!
