I agree! I don't think one should eat below their RMR, otherwise you risk burning muslce instead of fat and you're body isn't receiving enough fuel to function. My profile pic shows the proof!0

I haven't really documented mine with pics (at least none I can post here), but I'm at 2000+ cals a day. I'm lovin' it! I can eat more and I have lost 3 dress sizes in 9 months!0

I've eaten, on average 1700-1900 cals over the past year. Size 18 to an 8. A few more pounds to go to my size 6 goal. Gonna do it eating 1900 , lifting weights, moderate outdoor walking and an occasional hit of HIIT on the bike.0 -
how much exercise do you do? do you eat 1700 calories with exercise or without? (do you eat back the exercise calories?)0

I eat 1700 everyday even when I do not workout. I lift 3 times a week (200 calories) or run 5k 1-2 times a week (250 calories) I do not have high burns0 -

I eat 1700 a day whether I work out or not, and lift heavy x3 a week. I still have a long way to go but it's proof that no starvation is need to lose weight0
