BMR vs Goal Calories

I was just wondering what everyone's BMR vs Goal Calories are???
My BMR is 1402
My cals are 1275 (I have been up/down those and still have only lost 14lbs since Oct. compared to others who have lost 14lbs in say 2-4 months.)

    My BMR = 2115 calories a day
    My Cal Goal = 1200 NET a day

    My BMR is 1706

    Currently I am netting between 1200-1650.

    my BMR is 1800..

    i did have a goal of 2000, but i've reduced to 1800 and i'll bump up in a few weeks. i'm doing strength rep ranges now, and when i get into hypertrophy rep ranges i'll up my cals back to 2000

    My BMR is 1419, and my net/goal calories are 1200.

    Just realized our BMR/net calories and CW/GW are about the same! I'm 149, with a GW of 130-135. I just started on MFP though so I've only lose about a pound so far.

    I'm thinking to up my daily calories to that 1400 BMR range.
    My thinking is if I need at least 1400 to lay around and do nothing then maybe I haven't been eating enough.
    I do make sure to at least get my NET of 1200 or some days I'm a few under or over depending on the previous day.

    Since I haven't really lost much I'm hoping it might help.
