the only times i had this issue with my Polar FT4 was when the battery needed to be changed...i went to walmart and replaced the batter in the watch...occasionally ill get the 00 reading and I just wet the leads more and that does the job.

its ok...back to the good eating today...I know I am a night eater too and I know my snack it 320 calories, so i make sure i get my exercise in and burn that extra 320 calories so that when I eat that snack I feel absolutely no guilt!! try it, it works! : ))

Well, I am aware of the sodium and thats okay because I sweat alot when Im working out and that is sodium output so I need the sodium back in.... : )

I thought the HRM only told you what your heart rate was at the time you were working out...but Im guessing tells you the calories burned too??!!

not a 100 calorie snack but very low calorie breakfast...1 Eggo nutrigrain, whole wheat, low fat waffle, 1/2 container of any flavor yoplait lowfat yogurt and 1/2 cup of strawberries...mm mm good...also a good desert too..(the yogurt takes the place of syrup)

DO SOME KIND OF CARDIO FOR 30 MINUTES AT LEAST 5 DAYS A WEEK...AND DRINK AT LEAST 8 GLASSES OF WATER....FOR STARTERS

if you put the information in thats needed on this site and where it asks how many pounds per wk you want to lose, select 2 lbs, it will tell you how much calorie intake you need to accomplish this....also try to get your 8 glasses of water and at least 30 minutes of some type of exercise, even if its just a slow pace…
