All this is very interesting and I sure want to look like Staci some day. So my question is, how can I do intense weight training if I dont go to gym? And I only have hand weights that go up to 3kg. :/ Any tips will do, please? :)

Ok, so those of you who have done the 30DS, do you just log it as cardio workout? (also, how much?) There is alot of what I feel is strength training in the workouts too, so should it not be logged as bot cardio and strength training??

I also have a major sweet tooth. My favourites are the Kellogg's Special K Mini Breaks and also their choc chip bars. Both are under 90kcal each. Also the Boots Shapers sweets. All of them are under 10kcals and are delicious! :)

I have started to do workout DVDs at home first thing in the morning. Literally, I get out of bed and put on my gym clothes, grab some water and get started. I dont have time to eat and wait half an hour before I work out, so I find this works for me? Is it really a bad thing to gym on an empty stomach??
