My diary is open too, if anybody wants to add me!

Mine is open. I eat between 1700 and 1900 calories per day and make everything from scratch, with a focus on getting a wide range of fruit and vegetables.

Stay at home mum here, with an almost one year old who I’m still breastfeeding (although not as much as I was previously so I need to stop eating like I am!). I’d like to lose weight before trying for baby 2. Feel free to add me!

Yes, bfing my almost one year old. She’s cut back on her feeds a lot in the last month and I need to stop eating like I’m feeding a newborn! Will add you x

Mine is open too, feel free to have a look or add me! I eat mainly home-cooked food, with lots of fruit and veg, along with the odd indulgence of a glass of wine or cake!

I love cooking and make dinner from scratch every day. I'm on 1200 although I do eat back at least some exercise calories on top as most days I'm too hungry to get by on 1200! I'm back at this after a 3 month hiatus and looking forward to making more healthy things now that we've finally got through all the Christmas food!…

Hi, my diary is open and you are welcome to look at it. I've been losing an average of 3 pounds a week (a bit more in the first couple of weeks but it's settled down now), although I had a little more than you to lose so would expect it to be a bit faster over these first weeks though.

I used to live there, a few years ago. Now back in London, but I work for a French company and so still have a lot of Gallic influences in my life (not least wine, cheese etc. That's why I need MFP!). Feel free to add me.

Level 1 Day 1 done! Actually it wasn't as bad as I thought so anyone wondering whether or not they can do this or whether they need to get their life insurance policies and will in place before, don't worry you can totally do it too!

I second the venison suggestion - it's much leaner than beef but has way more minerals, especially iron. It also tends to always be free range. I make a lovely dish (actually haven't made it for a few years but this has reminded me to do it again!) where I marinate venison steak with cumin, thyme and sherry vinegar, then…

I'm in - I was planning to start it anyway as it's a bit too cold and grey for running outside now (for me anyway!). Great idea to all help each other with it though! Feel free to add me!

I'm in the UK too, feel free to add me.

I have added you, as I'm on 1230 a day, although I also eat back approx 50% of my exercise calories. Anybody else please feel free to add me too. I cook most of my meals from scratch and, while not banning them by any means, I am trying to be careful about my carb levels.

I'm in the UK too, in London. Please feel free to add me!

I like them raw and made this for dinner last night - it was delicious with some charred lamb: Makes 2 large servings at approx 80 calories/serving Ingredients: 3 small zucchini approx 3 - 4 tablespoons low fat Greek yoghurt 1 - 2 red chillies, depending on how spicy you like it, finely chopped squeeze of lemon juice large…

I like it with a (small) drizzle of honey or maple syrup, a sprinkle of cinnamon and some raisins.

This sounds like exactly what I need so I will add some of you as friends, if that's OK. I've just joined MFP to help stop my boredom eating at work and encourage/remind me to get moving a bit more than I usually do!
