tattoos are an expression of who i am on the inside, showing on the outside. some of us like our art to be permanent. to accent the grooves and curves of the human body with ink and color. i love my tattoos. i want more, but i'll have to save up first.

i lowered mine to 900. and usually eat between 700 and 1000. i lost 3.2lbs last week.

i am doing very poorly at eating low sugars because i never cook, but yes! by avoiding things with lots of sugar (and lots of fats) i cant meet my goal! i just live with it. im losing weight and im not starving and im getting muscle tone.

be sure to pay attention to your sugar when eating all those prepackaged bars and things. i know from experience that when given too much sugar in the day i crave it like crazy at night. it's pretty addictive and that might be why you are craving junk at night. (then again, i stopped eating too much sugar and all i wanted…

i have to admit i had some unhealthy habits in highschool too, but my calorie intake was something like 200-300 cals a day before i got dizzy and my hair started to fall out. it depends on the person because i've never had any issues if i eat above 700 a day.

i've seen too many conflicting things about starvation mode. until i experience it first hand, im going to just keep doing what is working for me.

i would suggest waiting until you hit your goal. they make ring sizers that you can put on your rings to make them fit better in the mean time if you want to continue to wear them
