I do mine on seperate days. If I do weights, I'll do a ten min warm up cardio but when I do weights I designate my workout to just them. Sometimes I'll hula at home a lot before or after the gym or a cardio class, just cos I can and it's easy to do in front of the tv xx

I know you said you don't have grains but try adding some high fibre stuff? I always eat porridge, all bran and lots of roughage, especially green veg when I feel bloated. I don't know try sweet potatoes and different beans and pulses? Coffee is a good one though! xx

I'm trying to not eat them back now as I've been maintaining for a while. I have lost inches though but unless I do really strenuous exercise and in the morning, I'm not going to and see if that helps? Cos somedays Im eating 2000 cals to eat them back. Eat when hungry is the best advice. x

Are you eating a low GI diet? My friend thought she had PCOS and the Dr told her to do this as the things she was eating could be detrimental to weight loss. Your body may also just be used to what you're doing, mix it up, change your exercise, have a no carb day or two? xx

If I know I'm going to drink I add it to my diary in the morning so that I can work my day around it. Do a good workout on a friday and if going out to eat, try and make better choices or watch your portion. Weekends get me too lol x

I am a diet coke addict too, I just can't seem to let go :( I don't think it causes but the chemicals, unnatural elements to the sweetener have been linked to cancer, I've heard that, but then so has dairy? xx

Yeah me too, I've had a gain this week but have lost 2 inches around my chest, hips and half an inch off my bum and thighs \O/ it's frustrating but must be muscle?? Hopefully :P xx
