I have a hard time with this as well. However, I have found that eating nuts, helps. They are good for you and pack a lot of cals in a small serving. So, you don't feel stuffed after eat it.

Are you taking you vitamins with your breakfast?? I get super sick if I don't take mine with a meal.

HIIT is high intensity interval training. I have some HIIT videos I do and LOVE them! It's NOT something that can be done on an eliptical as far as I know.

I can't believe anyone would pay that kind of money for a shake/ protien drink. Is it made of GOLD?? But I great question. I would like to hear the responses as well.

I work out to clear my mind and releave the tension of being a mom and life in general. I also find it helps me be in a better mood!

I wasn't aware that you were supposed to breathe through your nose....I breathe through my mouth...I think I would pass out from lack of oxygen if I tried just my nose.

I have a BOB! I LOVE it but my baby is now 2 and no longer fits in it with the canopy dwn. So if your little one is older be aware they may out grow the BOB quickly.
