Problems eating back exercise cals....

Anyone else have trouble eating them? What do you do?
When I exercise I typically burn 200-350 calories in a workout. When I successfully eat them back I feel like I'm literally stuffing myself since I've started eating more responsibly.
Any recommendations here?

Since you already know your average, spread them out over the day. Or have a recovery drink.0

I have a hard time with this as well. However, I have found that eating nuts, helps. They are good for you and pack a lot of cals in a small serving. So, you don't feel stuffed after eat it.0
