  • Try a green salad with lite or fat free ranch! Throw some mushrooms, cucumbers, that hard boiled egg earlier suggested, a slice or two of deli meat and you'll be right in that range.

  • I did change my workouts and do feel like I am working way harder. I was working out in the morning (weights), on my lunch break (run) and even sometimes in the evening (bike ride/run). I may have pushed my body into to much?? Hopefully that was it. I really like the early work outs, especially with the sun being up…
  • I agree with Amanda. Cardio, watching what you eat and full body strength training really help to burn calories which in return burns fat. Do workouts that are going to continue to burn calories after you are done to help out. Ab work outs are great but only really needed two to three(max) times per week
