Love beer -- I love it especially after a great workout! It's one of the reasons my weekends set me back. But I still figure them into my calorie counts for the day. :drinker:

Used to live by an interstate and get up at 4:00 a.m. and do my walk -- then I watched too many 20/20 - 48 Hour Mysteries shows about women being abducted and figured I was nuts. Bought myself a treadmill that next day. Easier and safer.

I have stopped going out/ordering out for lunch during the week. Hate not having Qdoba every week tho. Their Gumbo rocks -- but over 1,700 calories -- that's an entire day's worth in one meal.

Hungry Girl has tons of egg bake recipies that are awesome. I've made some ahead of time and then popped them in the microwave after my workout -- it's done when I'm out of the shower.

I stopped doing Weight Watchers (points) and started keeping track of everything I put into my mouth -- including my cocktails -- Bud Ultra -- those 55 calories do add up. AND the free foods (vegies) do too -- 5 servings of vegetables per day equals at least 150 or more calories. If you don't count them -- your weight loss…

I don't think anything with bacon is bad. Food o the gods. I'm still trying to think of the cottage cheese with baked beans thing. I can't get my mind around it.

That's a hard one -- my favorite foods are snacky chips and dip -- okay, well all good food in general. The old tried and true method is to probably eat something healthy before hand to get you "full" and then have smaller amounts of the good food. Hard to do -- but doable. Good luck.

Good for you! I don't sleep -- if I do it's for 3-4 hours max. My St. Bernard, Thunder, usually wakes me up at 2:00 in the morning to go outside and drink the water out of our water pond because it's too warm in our house and then I'm up. As long as you're feeling good -- keep doing what you're doing.

Ben & Jerry's used to make the best ice cream ever - CHUBBY HUBBY -- anybody know it. It was the best during that favorite time of the month -- malted chocolate, pretzels stuffed with peanut butter coated in chocolate, with a marshmallow swirl. OMG! NUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
