900 and something calories.. A little below 1,000. There's no reason for why. I just did. I didn't wanna eat anything else. I had my breakfast, lunch, and dinner and don't feel like eating anything else specially not after 6 pm

I am not sure how much fat I ate today honestly :D I only count calories

I don't lift. I do jumping jacks, sit ups, cardio, and walking. But only sometimes.

Well I had grilled chicken and a cheese sandwich (reduced fat) and green beans.. And I just had a banana(and after I ate a banana I feel a little better

Wow! You sounds so motivated! You can do it. If I were you, I would sacrifice an hour of sleep to exercise (if I were like u and I liked exercising hahaha) but anyways when do u think u will reach ur goal??

I lost 8 ever since July but ever since last week I lost half a pound. I am surprised because I know my body doesn't work that way. It usually either gain fast of lose fast :( oh well. I will keep going!

I am gonna stop taking Saturdays off. And since I do hate exercising then I will just do minimum exercising every day. To be honest I always try to make sure I don't take in more than 1200 calories a day but I guess it's not working :/

You can do it! Take your time!!!!! :)) and be healthy. Eat grilled chicken and lots of fruits. You can do it. Trust me, if I can do it then u can do it !!!!
