    As some others have recommended, fruit or a square of dark chocolate here and there. I save the square of dark chocolate for evenings when I really want some dessert.

    Here's the good news - the less you eat processed sugar, the less you crave it and the better/sweeter fruit tastes.

    Blueberries! Cherries! Peaches! Apples! Raisins (be careful though, dried fruit can be pretty calorie dense).
    Yes!

    I like raisins. They are higher in calories, but you can eat a nice amount and still do okay. I can, anyway.

    And Craisins. OMG, Craisins are SO GOOD!!!
