You could go for the FitBit Charge HR, which is under $200 and tracks everything you need: https://www.fitbit.com/chargehr I personally like the FitBit One the best because it's discreet. I hate having a bracelet, armband, or other very visible device on a daily basis. For you though, the FitBit One may not be an option…

People are so argumentative on MyFitnessPal anymore.

Allergies prevent me from being around animals, sadly.

I never gave advice. I simply stated an opinion about 10 lbs per month. Gaining it all back is because I stopped tracking my calories daily and got back into my old habits. I guess you do want my life story.

I had another account in 2012. I guess people only can lose weight on one account and solely on MyFitnessPal. And I guess people never gain back their weight. Do you need my life story? lol

Wow great job! Congrats!

So people can't lose weight in the past? I lost 90 lbs in the past, went from 220 lbs to 130 lbs.

Why would someone flag my post? I don't understand. I lost 90 lbs and consecutively lost 10 lbs a month. There was nothing wrong with my post.

It's possible to lose 10 lbs per month, which would take you June, July, and August. You could easily do it without being drastic.

Yeah I have a FitBit tracker. I've been using MFP for 4 years now, and this is just how it's been for me. Lost 90 lbs before, I can do it again (just harder psychologically the second time). I have tried different variations of calories, and I have done the calculations before. It's old news to me. This is just how my body…

You are lucky! I've tried that before, and it truly doesn't work for me.

Yeah I don't know... I lost 90 lbs in 2013. Gained it all back and now I have basically the same amount to lose (again). I always found when I ate the recommended amount, I would either maintain or gain.

I am 5'2" and I am not big on exercise (I just walk around 15,000 steps a day). So if I eat more than 1,200 calories in a day, I usually see a gain.

I lost 90 lbs in 2013 and then gained it all back. I am on yet another attempt to lose weight. So far for me, the weight falls off at the same rate as it did before. However it is harder to motivate myself the second time around. I find it harder now psychologically, not physically. So I cannot specifically say that your…

No I don't think that is too much. When you have more to lose, it is typical to lose more at first (not all cases but it's common).

Yes, I love the FitBit! I have the FitBit One, which clips onto my jeans. I use it mainly to track my steps when I take my daily walks. It tracks everything from morning to night, whereas other fitness trackers are only worn during exercise. There are a lot of stats on FitBit's website from automatically tracking, and…

Logging my food on MFP and putting in effort again.
