I'm more thinking are people familiar with onions causing an allergy and symptoms. I'm not asking anyone to guess, so please get off the band wagon. I asked for opinion. Here an allergist costs money I don't have, the NHS are great but not fast or efficient, but thank you

I'm 5ft 2, 44 years old. Walking 5 miles a day I burn according to Fitbit approx 1600. I had to tweek mfp and Fitbit to match and now have mfp set to sedentary to get within a 5 calorie window to match Fitbit. Everyone is different. If I eat more than 1400 calories I start to gain weight and have to drop to 1100 to start…

I'm currently following the 5:2 diet and enjoy it, it helps with my ibs symptoms and was recommended by my consultant. It's not the same as the alternative days you want to do but happy it you want a buddy that won't judge :-)

Thanks, just wanted honest options on how people have or haven't got on with it. I know it's not for everyone, but after reading up a lot on it I can't see any problems from a nutrients point of view. I'm more interested as to whether it's a worthwhile temporary solution to my plateaux situation. Thanks again

i log walking the dog, walking to the shops, any planned exercise like when i go on wii fit or just dance. household cleaning and stuff i dont, i have my tdee set to sedentary and any cleaning etc i just see as a bonus.

just to update, I am still losing weight, all be it slowly but I am really happy with this, i eat between 1600 and 2000 calories a day :)

250mls :) so every litre bottle is 4 glasses :) i only count water or water and cordial

ultimately, drink be merry and enjoy :) i can happily down a bottle of vodka and diet cola in a night, having a party with the girls. I cut down before and after to compensate and drink water after each alcoholic drink :)

Hi after an initial weight gain I lost my gained weight and a extra 3/4lb this week so looks like its starting to work, this is a TOM week too so a weight loss is unusual for me :)

yeah 1450 is my tdee - 20% i sometimes eat all my exercise calories if its a hungry day, mostly i stick to a max of 80% i exercise in some way everyday, i do log walking as that is my main exercise at the moment, most other stuff is a no no at the moment. i weigh everything that passes my lips and am accurate. Hi Yeah I am as accurate as I can be and under log my activity incase it amounts are over, I log everything and weigh everything lol i am like a mad woman :)
