So....I weighed 8st lb 5 days ago. I walk a minimum of 21000 steps a day everyday. I eat 2000 calories a day to maintain my weight, 1800 if I over indulge. I currently weigh 147 lb am 5ft 3in tall, female and eat approx 1600 calories a day. I walk everyday burning between 250 and 800 calories. Averaging 3500 calories burnt per week.
