I am embarking on the fodmap elimination diet on the recommendation of my consultant. Can anyone recommend a good free app for checking foods etc.
I am struggling with items that aren't generallying listed such as sugar free cordial.
Thank you

I've heard Control My Weight by Calorie King is pretty good.

Monash university has an app with the most up to date research. It does cost though.0

I think that even with the Monash app, you'll really need to read the ingredients on things like your cordial.
Sweeteners like saccharine, aspartame, and sucralose are fine. So is stevia. Sugar alcohols like isomalt, maltitol, mannitol, sorbitol and xylitol are a problem.0
