I currently weigh 147 lb am 5ft 3in tall, female and eat approx 1600 calories a day. I walk everyday burning between 250 and 800 calories. Averaging 3500 calories burnt per week. At this level I tend to lose for a month or so then plateaux for a while then lose again.
I am interested what others eat in comparison, not just same weight/height but that is interesting too
Thanks

I weigh 175 lbs and my actual TDEE based off of lifting 4 days a week is 2900 calories. Thus, I can theoretically reduce fat mass by eating <2900. With only 7 lbs to lose, I eat 2600 to 2650 to minimize metabolic adaptations and lean mass loss.0

Good subject. I'm 5'9", and weigh just under 200lbs. I don't currently work out as I work in a brewery and spend most days continuously lifting 50kg casks for hours on end.
I'm currently losing between 2-3lbs a week and eating 1700cals a day. I'm looking to get down to 180 and then start the weights and slow bulk.
The last time I seriously hit the weights I was eating 3500 cals a day and gaining about 1lb a week. I'm gonna aim for 0.5lbs a week this time round though.
Good luck with your goals0 -
I weigh approximately 315 pounds and have been on a 2000 calorie per day diet for about 8 weeks. I am walking about 8000 steps per day (approximately 4 miles). Combined (diet and exercise) this is about 11,500 calories below my TDEE. At this rate I am losing just over 3 pounds per week. I have a lot of excess weight to get rid of so I plan on keeping the 2000 calorie a day diet until I hit my goal weight next year. I fully expect my weight loss to slow down to a more typical 1 pound per week as I approach my goal weight.0

I currently weigh 151 and I am 5 ' 7.
I eat on average 1400 calories a day.
I don't exercise but fairly active.
Losing on average / over last 10 weeks. .67 lb weekly.
Drink water at least 40 oz a day and try not to eat after dinner.0 -
Somewhere around 180 pounds, 6'2. Maintenance without exercises is 3000. I'm eating 2500 - 3500 cals on deficit. Depending how much I exercise, I usually burn between 400 and 1100 cals from cardio every day, on average it's around 600, and I ate them back. Recently started to bulk tho so now in surplus but so far that was what I was doing.0

I'm 5'7" 186.2 and I eat 1630 with light activity. Walking twice a week for a total of 3 hrs.0

I'm averaging about 1700-1800 a day and working out 5-6 days per week doing weights, cardio or both. Doing the Scooby TDEE-20% or "eating back calories" on MFP has been in a similar ballpark.
I'm 5'8" and about 158 shooting for 145, though I haven't been that weight since I was about 19 and lost my menses when I went below it, so I am playing it by ear and seeing how I feel. Mostly I just want to be super strong and fit.0 -
5' 3.5" started mfp seriously 8/1 at 182 lbs. down to 165. do the level 1 shred every other day. eat 1200 cals per day, do not eat
back ex calories. Am losing about 1 lb per week.0 -
1400-1800 depending on exercise burns. Mathematically I should be able to eat more, but unfortunately I'm on a medication that causes "profound weight gain," so I have to keep a fairly large deficit to lose at a reasonable pace.0

When I was 228lbs back in August 2012, my nutritionist told me to stick to a 1200 calorie diet in order to lose about two lbs a week, even with exercise. Who knew that there was truth to it? So ,much truth that I became so obsessed with trying to stay under that, that I actually lost so much weight and started looking anorexic because I actually also was exercising with it and while exercising, that definitely is not enough food to eat for the normalcy of body functions. Now with dieting, I have increased my intake to 1500 and you can still lose about a pound a week even without dieting, if staying under that point mark.0

I'm 4'11 and usually eat between 1200-1400 calories a day. I go to the gym between 3-5 times a week for an hour at a time and burn roughly 3-400 calories. Sometimes I eat back all my exercise calories, sometimes I don't(depends on if I'm hungry enough).0

5 feet, weight 106, goal weight 101 to 103. TDEE - 20% = 1035 C. If I eat over this, I gain.0

I'm 5'3, 158lbs and I eat 1750 a day to lose on the TDEE method. Generally, I work out 3-4 times a week it the past 10 days haven't allowed for workouts, so I expect tomorrow's weigh in to just be about the same as last week. I haven't "plateaued" yet really, but I often go a couple of weeks without losing, then drop several lbs at once.0

I started out eating 1200 calories per day for about 6 months tracking every day on MFP. I was losing 2 lbs per week. I ate the extra calories I gained from exercising. Later I bumped up my calories to 1500 because I was tired all the time.
Two months ago started eating 1850 calories. My goal is 125 lbs and I'm flexing between 128-129 lbs. Haven't lost a pound since but I'm leaner, lost inches and jeans fit looser. (5'7'' tall)0 -
5'5", 148 lbs, been losing at 1650, eating 1600 now though.0
