  • I have turbo jam too, it's great for toning and it's really fun so goes by fast. My best advice is to really pay attention to your body position especially when doing the leg lifts. If you do them like they do on the video you'll get better results in you core.

  • I am acutally a body pump instructor and I agree that it's a great way to tone with weights and not bulk up. My tough area is my waist and I've lost about 4 inches off my waist in the past six months. I also think any type of kickboxing class is FANTASTIC for thighs and butts! Good luck!
