Hi All
Im pretty new to this. I am pretty motivated but find I enjoy attending work out classes more than doing excerise on my own. I hvae just stared a Bodystep class at my local gym and i love it. I was wondering if anyone could advise me as to what sort of classes I should attend to try and help tone my hips and thighs. I lost 3 stone last year (unfortunately put a stone of it back on) and even at my lowest weight (9st 7lb), i still had huge thighs.
THANKS IN ADVANCE X

Have you tried body pump?
It's a great full body workout.
I also really like RPM and body combat which are both high energy.0 -
I am acutally a body pump instructor and I agree that it's a great way to tone with weights and not bulk up. My tough area is my waist and I've lost about 4 inches off my waist in the past six months. I also think any type of kickboxing class is FANTASTIC for thighs and butts!
Good luck!0 -
i love ANY type of kickboxing classes. I used to take a kickboxing class at 5am every Sunday, it REALLY get's you ready to battle the day. It makes you feel energized!0
