or alternatively, burn it and get a proper shirt (a red one with a swift on it!) Nice work mate, really chuffed for you. Seeing you making such good progress is making want to get off my *kitten* and finish the job!

Thanks :) I think the biggest difference between this and when I have tried 'dieting' in the past is that I haven't let bad days put me off. I know it sounds a bit cliched, but tomorrow is another day, and if I fall off the wagon one day I just know I'll get back on it again the next. As far as things that have worked for…

Thanks, so only 2 inches taller than me - I feel better about our goals being the same now!

Thanks for sharing this, as a guy who started out at 165.5kg last year, it's good to see another guy on here who has gone down by more than I am aiming to with no ill effects! Out of interest, can I ask how tall you are? Cheers Pete

Cheers Neil, and don't worry, your secret's safe with me ;)

Excellent job, keep it going my friend!

Fantastic work Luke, you're looking amazing! Having started at the same weight as you, you're filling me with confidence yet again!

Thanks for all the comments. Again, I'm not that tall (5'10"), so I guess I must be living proof of the existence of 'big boned' people! Still, it's really nice to hear tha people don't think that I look my weight :) I've dropped a further 20-something pounds now, so I guess I should be updating these pics pretty soon.…

I'm only 5' 10" Neil, I think my weight is just very densely packed! Thanks for all the comments folks, it's nice to get so much support from you all :)

I haven't had my hair cut for over 2 and a half years - it's just tied back in the second picture :) Thanks to everyone for the positive comments, it's just really nice to inally be seeing some kind of difference

I've got a few planned at the moment. I want to get myself something when I break through the 20 stone (280lb) barrier, bu I'm not sure what yet - maybe another tattoo... The big one will be when I get under 100kg (220lb), at which point I'm planning to book a track racing or rally driving day. I've always wanted to do…

I like your style!

Thanks very much! NSV means Non Scale Victory - eg clothes fitting better, being able to do something that would have got you seriously out of breath previously with relative ease, or other people noticing and commenting on your weight-loss

I generally only drink pop of any sort (usually diet coke, pepsi max or diet ginger ale) when I'm mixing it with Scotch or Vodka, so I'm aware I'm using a double-barrelled firing squad, and I just enjoy it in infrequent moderation.

I hope to God that my feet shrink - I'm sick of being laughed at in shoe shops when I ask if they have something in a size 15!
-
It could take a while, but mine would probably be Chris 'Party Boy' Pontius from *kitten* - slim, but with some size left

Thanks for the comments everyone. BerryH - I'm 5'10"

Greetings from deepest darkest Coventry! I'm looking for friends to add to my support network too, so I'll send you a request now. Cheers Pete

Good Job! That's a real boost for me as I'm aiming to lose double that amount, and it's great to see the difference that it can make. Cheers Pete
