I completely agree. I type out all of my words in almost everything. The only thing I find myself doing in using idk, lol, and bc in texts. Not really, in between phone calls I do get up and stretch or make random trips to other rooms for no reason just to move... but thats more because if I sit too long my knees get stiff. And yes, she was a foster dog of mine, my mom ended up stealing her from me. Best dog ever

There is no waking up earlier than my 5 yr old. Plus if I woke up any earlier I would get maybe 4 hours asleep... and that makes me extremely grouchy which is not a good mood for a social worker.

I hit 15K steps on Sunday and I didn't cry on my daughter's first day of kindergarten (not really health related but a big deal to me!)

The fitbit website is free but there is an optional premium account which has a charge.... I haven't seen a need for it though if you use the fitbit with MFP

I have had mine for awhile now and can tell you I love it!!! To me it is totally worth the price. I like the fact that it does the sleep anaylsis, counts my steps, floors, calories.... and I can't forget that dang little flower that I didn't think I was going to enjoy.
