You might also look into new running shoes. If your shoes are not right, you will have all sorts of leg issues. Also if you are cramping, you may need to hydrate more. I love them too..but I have to pay VERY close attention to how much of a whole fruit I eat. Its easy to eat an entire avocado in a day, and thats the same amount of calories as in a meal! I like to mash them up and mix them with a small baked sweet potato with some "Bragg's" aminos...makes an incredible savory…

Maybe change up the foods you eat..change your foods. Also try focusing on one really complete meal a day and make the other 2 really light meals. The other thing that works for me is skipping dinner 3-4 days a week...although that takes a lot of self control..but it will help you get past the plateau..

Seems to come off my upper body first and thats where I gain it last...so I gain bottom to top and lose top to bottom...torture. I think its genetic different people lose differently.
