I force sync it mainly because I like to keep track of how many VAM I have. Myself & my partner are very competitive when it comes to those so we check via our phones throughout the day. Tried unlinking the accounts but no good. I did read it's possibly a problem with the latest MFP update and they are looking into it.…

Both accounts still show as linked and my food and fitness transfers from MFP to Fitbit just not the other way. Hmmm.

I don't get anything showing up. A week ago, under cardiovascular it said "Fitbit calorie adjustment (i)" now it doesn't say anything so I can't check the (i), it's just not there. June 18th was the last date...

I am 5'0" and currently 127lb hoping to maintain at 125lb. If I was to go as low as 115 I'd probably be a size 0 as my waist is already a size 6-8 uk as I'm pretty muscular.

I've found some good insoles and compression socks have really helped mine. I use the compression socks during a run and for a few hours afterwards and not really had a problem since. My specific insoles are the Sorbothane Shock Stopper Double Strike Insoles and socks are Nike Elite Running Compression Knee High Socks.…
