i always get weighed on the same scales at the same time on the same day as i too can gain 3-4lb by the end of the day...i am 5ft3 and weigh 155lb and i am a uk size 14...my friend has some scales and if i pop on them for a mid week peak they always weigh me heavier then i get disheartened and reach for the choc lol only…

hi there i find losing a steady 1lb per week alot more managable and its more likely to stay off! i tried 2lb at first but I really struggled but since i changed it i am alot happier

that has just really helped me too as i am also at 10lb loss...thankyou and well done on your weight loss so far...i can definetly see a difference especially with my clothes can you? and also this week other people have started commented on it too :)

Hi there my husband has the same problem he is on more or less the same amount as you after exersising and doesnt use all his cals but is still losing a fair amount of weight each week. I think eating more often and regular on snacksthroughout the day might help you use more cals
