I am going to say Voluptuous, is a good thing. you can be Fat or you can be Voluptuous. When I say that a woman is voluptuous I mean it in a great way. I mean that they have great curves that are VERY fitting to there body or frame.

you may not be able to see it for yourself, because as the say... "The face in the mirror never changes". But I bet if you think about it you can feel the difference.. Look back at your first couple days int eh gym doing whatever it was, it was hard....and you hurt the next day....It has gotten easier, I'll bet!

once a week at the same time of day in the same naked outfit, that way I know its an accurate week!

Yes, you should be eating atleast some of the burned calories, too much of a deficit and your body goes into a starvation mode.

Congrats, NSV's are usually better than just seeing a number on the scale. NSV's are what can really keep your motivation going!

yo will really need to work your lats. that is hte main muscle group being used to do a pull up. So definetly include heavy weighted Lat pull downs, also dont skimp on the pushups either. welcome to MFP, im here everyday, my fiance and I started back in January and have lost a combined 110 lbs so far.

Congrats, My fiance and I are also signed up to run a new years run, its a resolution run as well. It will be our 3rd 5k. Start slow, and dont over do it, if your new to running its easy to start to fast and end of injured, I'd reccomend the Couch to 5k program as a place to start!
