i absolutely love slim in 6!!!!!!! im doing slim series right now. its the next level after u finish slim in 6. prevention dvd's are also good & i have some cathe dvd's also. but if youre a beginner id start with slim in 6. it will still give u a great workout!!!!

i noticed you like beachbody videos. i just started debbie siebers slim series. its a follow up to slim in 6. & i like it. 4 of the videos are 60 mins. & 2 of them are 1hr. 20min.

i usually eat 2 but no more than 3. i was told not to eat more because of their natural sugar content :):happy:

buy your self a really good sports bra. i actually wear 3 bras the days i run. ( 1 regular & 2 sports) & i also wear a form fitting undershirt. nike sells a really good sports bra, its pricey, but worth the investment.

you need to have a 3500 calorie deficite a week to lose one pound. sounds like alot but it really isnt when you break it down into 7 days, thats 500 calories a day. exercizing & watching what you eat will get you there!!!! its all about calories. how much we eat & how much we burn!!!!!!!!
