I started too late in the day to be able to space it out as much as I needed. I got through 70 but my wrist can't handle anymore pressure. I'll do the rest + 10 I'll add as interest. ;) 70 is way more than I thought I could do and my arms could do the rest if not for my darn wrist problems

I waited until 8:30pm to run tonight hoping the temps would cool down and the humidity would drop. Apparently not enough, I thought week 6/day 1 looked "easy" compared to week 5/day 3. But with the weather I couldn't make it even through 5 minutes :( Maybe I chose the wrong season to start running

Thanks for replying. I'm just over thinking. And thanks for the tip on looking at last years times. HOLY MOLY there were 1500 runners last year. I guess in my worries I imagine it as a group of 30 people lol. I looked at the times and I feel better now. The skies have cleared up so maybe I'll make week 6/day 1 today. :)

I cut the clock close again but it's done. I did 50 small forward circles , 50 small backwards, 50 big forwards (took me back to my swimming days), and 50 big backwards circles. No weights

Done. I think I must have calves of steel...or I was doing it wrong lol. I watched the video link and was doing it with an exercise band. At least I got moving though right :p
