Lots of small snack/meals throughout the day. I try to plan out my diary a day before, then I have something to stick to. It's not easy, hang in there, you can do it!!!! And try not to have any naughty foods in the house.

This depends on health issues. Nuts are my best friend - wonderful for lowering my blood sugar. They do fill me up. I think it's different for every person, just like everything else. Also, avacados have really cut down on my 'belly' fat. :smile:

I hate to exercise, but try to get some in here and there. At least I'm using the little tips like parking far away from entrances, taking stairs instead of elevators, jog in place for a bit, dance when a good song comes on, etc.... I get through it by remembering it's a lifestyle change, not just a diet. This is the way I'm supposed to eat the rest of my life.
