Eggs and oatmeal are the quickest meals for me to make for breakfast. A lot of times I eat the instant oatmeal packets. I had cut back on eating before joining MFP and found I was still not losing weight. Ugh, I hear ya! It seems that men seem to lose weight quicker than women for some reason. But I found that the worst thing you can do is compare yourself to anyone when on a weight loss journey!

You could do it gradually! Like if you drink them everyday, you can reduce it to doing it twice a week for one week. And then the following week reduce it to once a week for one week. Thank you all for your valuable input! What I have been doing is weighing myself in the mornings right after I do #1 with underclothes or nothing on and in the evenings after I eat dinner. What I will do from now on is weigh myself once a week in the ONLY in the mornings! Thanks again guys!

Take it from me! I've done different diets twice in the past and lost weight quickly. The person who said you regain the weight fast is absolutely right. It's a hot cereal. Kind of like how oatmeal and cream of wheat is. It has more of a gritty taste to it though. That's the best way I can describe it lol
