I need to lose 20 pounds as fast as possible at least before 2015 , any diet you know that will work?

You don't need a diet to lose weight. Caloric deficit = weight loss. You need to keep doing what you've been doing that caused you to lose the 10 pounds you've lost. With your goal set to lose 1 pound a week, you have 14 pounds down by January. Add some exercise into the equation and you're widening your deficit.0

Every diet that gives you a calorie deficit and you can stick to, will work. How much and how fast you'll lose, depends on many variables.
The challenge is to make sure your diet provides you with all the nutrients your body needs, and sticking to that diet for as long as it takes to lose the weight, and not going back to whatever made you gain weight in the first place.0 -
Depending on how much you have left to lose, and what body fat % it will put you at, it may or may not be a realistic goal.
What is your height and current weight?
Rule of thumb
20 or less to lose-.25-1 lbs a week
20-40 to lose 1-1.5 lbs a week
40 or More to lose 1.5-2 lbs a week

you're 114 lbs and want to lose 20? How tall are you? Why do you feel 94lbs is a weight you need to reach, let alone one that needs to be reached quickly?0 -
Take it from me! I've done different diets twice in the past and lost weight quickly. The person who said you regain the weight fast is absolutely right. Not only did I regain the weight but I ended up gaining more than I weighed originally before starting the diet.
I would just use the calorie count food diary on here and work out 3-4 days a week. It's September now so I think if you were to start now that you could lose 20 pounds. You just have to make sure not to go over your calories and definitely work out every week. I don't see any reason you wouldn't be able to reach your goal before 2015. But it takes a strong mind and you have to be very disciplined enough to stick with it. And then look at it as a lifetime change and not just a diet.

I am 5"2 , currently 110-115 Lb , I lost 10 Lb in a very unhealthy way , I binge a lot ( and usually purge after binge) , I starve a lot and I loss weight so bad , I just got used to have a bad eating day so Im so scared if I start a normal eating day ( breakfast , lunch and dinner) Im gonna gain that 10 lbs back so I was thinking of losing more than my normal BMI so when I start eating normally I eat without any fear of gaining weight even if gain I will became normal then.0

OP weighs 52 kg. -20 lb is 43 kg (94 lb)
She also has a post where she was planning to lose 5 lb in one week by water fasting most of the days.
I call either troll or someone who is very disturbed with needs beyond what this forum can offer. Either seek help or stop trolling. This is not funny.0 -
Oh Wow! Um you are a great weight now. It's people who would love to be your size. So please just love who you are. You should really seek counseling. I hope things go well for you and you get better.
