It's so easy to grab whatever when you are busy that's for sure. Don't worry about gaining those 6 pounds.That's where you are going to start from again. You'll get back on track soon enough. My name is Christa and I'm trying to lose 30 pounds using this tracker. It is really easy to keep track of what I eat, even though I'm starting to realize why I can't lose weight.
