  • Mireille -- when I get up that early I catch a ferry to work - then I run outside along the lake when I get to work at 5:30 - shower and then am in my desk by 7 am. However, I will say that I have run outside at that time of the morning (4 am). I just use a really bright headlamp! Night runs are invigorating!
