  • Amazon.com usually has a bunch on sale and sometimes you can get free shipping.
  • I live by these! I travel for work and I take them and my fit band and hand weights and can do these anywhere. Good solid cardio -- sometimes cheesy but not too hard for anyone -- even me and I am NOT coordinated. LOVE them
  • As long as the protein is lean - low fat protein, going over is normal -- MFP is a bit low in protein.
  • I wish I had the answer to that! I have lost over 30lbs -- 3 pant sizes and I still have the below the belly button jiggle -- I workout 5 days a week --- I think I just have to hide it and stop hoping it will melt away. 3 kids (last one at 39) -- not an easy fix... if anyone has any suggestions I welcome it too.
  • I work full-time sometimes 10+ hours, I have 3 kids 10, 8, 3 and it is not easy. I also travel for my job and so I bring my videos along to fit them in. You will never HAVE the time, you need to make the time. I try to get a workout on video in 4-5x per week. I love the Leslie Sansone walk at home videos -- they are not…
  • I Actually called my Mom when I went into the fitting room and put on a 6 and it was too big. I was waiting for the sales person to bring me a 4 and I called my Mom on my cell phone because I had to tell someone right then!!! The last pair I bought in that store was a 14!!! Congrats to you!
  • Wendy's Mandarin Chichen Salad - no noodles or dressing -- 1/2 the almonds and a side of mandarin oranges (instead of dressing) -- I am addicted!!
  • I agree-- Talking to a nutrition Doctor -- he said it's better to eat too much protein than too many carbs. But be sure the protein is lean. I lost 44lbs - eating much more protein and lower carbs -- all "good carb" and fish, white meat chicken, and extra lean beef. I still go over in protein all the time.
  • One day at a time -- one good choice at a time and heck -- if you mess up.... you can start again tomorrow.
  • Anything white is processed. Many things have carbs - even veggies -- you are looking for foods as close to the way nature intended. So whole grains, oats, oatmeal (not instant) are good choices. Also lower sugar content is better too -- keeps you from craving more sweets. Beans are great carbs too. Hope it helps. I have…
  • Try going on only protein for 3-4 days -- it will kick your body into ketosis which is the best fat burning mode -- then keep your carbs really low until you hit goal. Also, take b-complex vitamins to keep energy up. It works and there is nothing unhealthy about that :) Good luck.
  • That's awesome!! Congratulations!! No advice for the loose tummy - I have the same problem -- now I just wear clothes that hold it in :)
  • I am 41 and I just reached my goal! I am actually smaller than I was in my 20's - but now it's about how I feel and it makes all the difference. I feel better about myself now - just because I accomplished this goal. Age is all about how you feel! BESIDES - 40 is FABULOUS!!! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie…
  • I recently went to a meeting at work with a speaker named John O'Leary - he talked about the fact that the best thing about right now is you have a choice to change the way you go forward from this minute -- regardless of what the past was. So if yesterday was tough -- the great thing is today is a new thing. He also said,…
