My dinners usually are about 400-600 calories. They'll have some sort of protein and perhaps 1 carbohydrate serving and a ton of veggies. I know, but on hard days, unless I am noticed, I end up screwing over my entire plan.It's like a relapse, and it can last for weeks, which just hurts when I worked so much for results.

Okay, you've all brought up fair points. I'm going to change my goal to 1 pound a week, at 1548 cals/day which is a bit more manageable. I think I'll add a hundred calories to breakfast and lunch, and then see where that takes me. Thank you, I don't know what I'd do without such supportive people. :)

Okay, so a goal calorie level for 59 kg (130 lbs) is 1300 calories a day. If you really want to see a difference, you might want to aim for 1250. It's a safe bet, you might lose it a bit faster than you wanted to, but it won't be unhealthy to lose it like that. After you've gotten to the desired weight, just net about 1300…
