I hear you jtgreen123-and this being day 1, I am reeeeally struggling. I've had a couple starts back at it over the last couple months, but my health is my main motivation right now-I want to feel good...or at least better!!

Pinterest is a good place for ideas for meals, meal prep, low calorie snacks, healthy eating... planning ahead helps avoid last minute grabs of junk- taking along water, as for exercise-walking!!

I'm with you!! 30 lbs to go-back at it just today...ugh, so tough. But I've climbed this hill before, healthier eating, exercise, changing my stinking thinking:) 1200 per day, I try to not eat back my exercise calories, and some days a 50 calorie snack at bedtime-even if i go over 1200 helps me not feel SO hungry...also…

I love ink, love seeing others memories and self expression, literaly wearing their heart on their sleeve if you will. I'd ink up like KatVonD if I could get away with it, so far just two small akle tats, but lots of ideas ;)
